Master leases · 3, 6 and 12‑month terms
Crews of 4 to 36 · One lease, one monthly invoice
Wi‑Fi, laundry and parking included in the rate
Houses lease as whole units — your crew gets the address to itself.
Blocks of two or more houses can be held while your award is finalized.
What your crew walks into
Every house is move‑in ready on day one
No furniture rental, no waiting on a cable installer, no hotel folios to reconcile. Hand over the keys at 6 p.m. and the crew works the next morning.
Four private bedrooms
Each man gets his own room and his own bed, with two full bathrooms per house. No bunking strangers together unless you want the extra capacity.
Fully furnished
Beds, mattresses, living room seating, dining table. Delivered stocked and cleaned before your first night.
Washer and dryer
In the house, not down the road. Work clothes get washed on site, on the crew's own schedule.
Full kitchen
Full-size refrigerator, range and freezer space. Crews cook and pack lunches instead of eating out twice a day.
Wi‑Fi included
Live in every house from the day you move in. Good enough for video calls home and for filing daily reports.
Parking at the door
Room for trucks and a company vehicle on the pad. No parallel parking, no permits, no towing.
Utilities on one line item
Power, water and internet roll into the monthly rate. One invoice per house, per month.
Maintained locally
Owner-operated in Richland Parish. Something breaks, someone is at the door — not a call center three states away.

Four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen and laundry in every house. Photographed as the houses sit today — not a builder’s render, not a staged model.
All nine houses are furnished to the same standard. Tap any photo to enlarge.
For project managers and travel coordinators
Lease houses, not hotel rooms
Housing near the site was the tightest constraint in Richland Parish before the first pour, and it has only tightened since. A signed lease is the difference between staffing a crew and losing it to a project with beds.
One lease. One invoice.
A single monthly bill per house instead of twenty folios, twenty receipts and a per-diem reconciliation at the end of every week.
The crew stays together
Same address, same driveway, same 5:30 departure. No head count spread across three towns and four properties.
Ten minutes to the gate
Five miles of road instead of a 35‑mile run from Monroe. That is an hour a day back per man, every day of the contract.
Beds locked before the ramp
Reserve capacity ahead of your next phase. We hold blocks against a signed term sheet so your award is not held up by housing.
Drive time
The closest bed to the job
Approximate one-way driving distance from lodging to the data center site.
Distances are approximate and vary by gate. We will meet your superintendent on site to confirm the route.
Three steps, about a week
How a master lease comes together
Tell us the head count
Crew size, start date and how long you need the beds. We walk you through an available house the same week — most managers come out on a Friday.
Sign the term sheet
A flat monthly rate per house for a 3, 6 or 12‑month term, utilities and Wi‑Fi included. Standard COI and W‑9 on file for your accounts payable.
Take the keys
Houses are cleaned, stocked and inspected before handover. Parking assigned, contacts posted on the refrigerator, one number to call for anything.
